"Slice of Sunshine was our first West Coast IPA, inspired by some of the contemporary West Coast breweries, like Slice Brewing & Nort Park Brewing. We took a new school approach to hopping and dry-hopping techniques, providing a solid citrusy, tropical and dank hoppiness, on top of a slender and crispy malt body with a solid bitter kick."
