This refreshing wild ale is a blend of good foudre beer and young 100% Brettanomyces fermentation from wood barrels. Carefully selected for its characteristics, then blended and dryhopped with fresh El Dorado and Citra hops. Modern technique meets traditional wild ale production in a beautiful way.
